The Tapajós Edition takes place in Alter do Chão, in the Tapajós region of the Amazon.

Alter do Chão is a small riverside town that comes alive on weekends and holidays, when visitors arrive from nearby Santarém. At its heart lies the Ilha do Amor, a postcard-perfect island edged by white sand, just a few steps from the town center.

The Tapajós River is vast, clear, and unusually calm, with turquoise waters that stretch to the horizon. It shapes everyday life in Alter do Chão, setting the rhythm for fishing, swimming, and the slow, expansive pace that defines the region.
